Refund & Return Policy

At RaceSlide, your satisfaction matters. This policy is straightforward, fair, and legally binding.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns if:

  • The request is made within 30 days of delivery
  • The item is unused and in its original packaging
  • You provide your order number as proof of purchase
  • The item is not marked as Final Sale

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at info@raceslide.store with subject: "Return Request - Order #[number]"
  2. Attach clear photos or video of the item as received
  3. Wait for our written approval before sending anything back — unauthorized returns will not be accepted
  4. Ship it back with a trackable method. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or wrong

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll notify you within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable except when the error is ours.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items returned without prior written approval
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
  • Items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase

Defective or Wrong Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo or video proof. We will cover return shipping and offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund at our discretion.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. Chargebacks on valid orders may result in a permanent ban from our store and will be disputed with full evidence submitted to the payment processor.

Legal

This policy complies with the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR Part 435). RaceSlide reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Continued use of our store constitutes acceptance of the current version.
