Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 to 72 business hours after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery is 4 to 12 business days after your order has been processed and shipped. Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Total estimated time from order to delivery: 6 to 15 business days.
Shipping Carriers
We work with trusted carriers to ensure your order arrives safely. Carrier selection depends on your location and the items ordered.
Important Notes
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
- Delays caused by weather, customs, or carrier issues are outside our control
- RaceSlide is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but reported missing — please contact your local carrier or post office in that case
- Make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout — we are not responsible for orders sent to a wrong address provided by the customer
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking info to update after receiving your email.
